Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I wonder would any of you be able to tell me where Priestfield terrace was as per this census return from 1911. I can find Priestfield Cottages and Drive off South Circular Road just before Dolphins Barn but I'm not sure if these are related...

I strongly suspect it is what was then and is now known as Priestfield Cottages - it might not have had a name plate back then. That the only entry in 1901 is Priestfield Cottages would seem to corroborate that. House numbering may not be accurate, but we are still talking about 7-8 houses.

The listing for Priestfield Cottages, S.C.R. in Thom's 1914 matches up with some of the 1911 details - e.g. 8 houses, E.G. McNeight resident at no. 1, Susan Kelly at Priestfield House/No. 8

The reverse of the form A has the Cottages in the address crossed out, and replaced with Terrace..
