FS: 2012 Giant Defy 2 in Black/Red

I have for sale my 2012 Giant Defy 2 - in size XL.



It's in good condition, some mild scuffs in various places such as on the top tube, the shifters and the bar cloth but essentially very good.

It has had a very easy life - I bought it as a commuter but I just never could get confident with in on the roads I have to traverse on the way to work. I ended up being much faster on my mountain bike believe it or not and feeling much safer with it. As such it has no use and has to go.

The bike needs no introduction, commonly described as the best value bike below a €1000, great geometry and great for road riding or triathlons alike.

I've also stuck some Continental Gatorskins on it as well as I received a puncture on the SR2's and from looking at the sidewalls, I didn't have much confidence in their durability.

This bike cost me €900 from the cyclesuperstore - I'd like €600 for it

Essentially €300 or a third off a bike which is less than a year old.

Sorry - no - as I mentioned, I don't have confidence in this type of bike for what I'd use it for and I already have a more suitable alternative. I don't need two bikes. Thanks.
