Money order/bank draft

    Does anyone know where I can get a money order or bank draft for South African Rand?
    Ive tried AIB, credit union and post office but none of them can help with this.

    You'll need an account with a bank to purchase a draft. I would have thought that all of the clearing banks could issue a South African draft.

    Yeah we have an account with AIB. Went there yesterday, lady at customer services said no problem, just have to go to a cashier. Stood in long line, got to the front just to be told they do bank drafts in a range of currencies, but not South African Rand, even though they have the "draft selling rate" displayed up on their tv screens for South African Rand.

    No point in asking at any of the other banks since Im not opening an account just for a 5-6 euro transaction.

    Anyone have any other advice?
