Product....Supplier Ireland/India/China?

Hi folks

I was wondering could anybody at all help me or just point me in the right direction....? I am trying to source a supplier/manufacturer of a shoe, very basic flat shoe.

I would love for the company to be a Irish but just initial resource rules them out in terms of price. China or India seems to be best but if anybody could help on where or who is best to get in touch with etc... that would be great. Cheers
