Xperia z cracked screen

    Hi guys, I recently got the xperia z, I had an issue with the phone and I got it replaced within 30 days. The phone wa replaced on Saturday. Now, there was a small crack on the phone. However, the crack has spread across the screen now. Will I be able to get the phone replaced or will I have to claim off the insurance?

    Just slowly spread over a couple of days. Just increased while playintg with the phone.

    There was a small crack where the speaker is when I got it. Like tiny.

    Should have returned it then and there, they'll probably argue you did it now.


    Call them and see what they'll do for ya.

    I got it replaced yesterday. Thank god.
