Bug in thread prefixes (HTML title element) in site dev

Also since I uploaded a photo I noticed the file type icon and the x icon aren't retina. What is this like 2009 :pac:
Also where is the prefix "madness, this is development" gone to I wanted to use it
*edit* on further inspection this seems to only affect posts with no prefix.1

The 'Madness, this is development' prefix (and some other long prefixes) were removed a number of months ago to keep prefixes short and maximise the available space for thread titles. It would also be a pain to view it on touch
Cheers for the report on the dodgy square brackets & lack of retina size icons; I've added it to the bug tracker and we'll get it fixed up as soon as we can.
