When I go to withdraw from Skrill to my bank a/c it tells me that the money is going to AIB headquarters at the IFSC in Dublin even though my branch is here in Cork. I had to set up a Skrill account to withdraw from my 188bet account. When I go to withdraw from Skrill to my bank a/c it tells me that the money is going to AIB headquarters at the IFSC in Dublin even though my branch is here in Cork.

Should I assume that all international transfers go through headquarters as the BIC at the top of my statement relates to it and that the funds will then transfer on to my a/c at my branch?

Anybody have experience of this?
