How often does dabs.ie do free delivery?

I remember they did free delivery back in january. Anyone know how often they do it? or is it once a year?

Only very couple of months if indeed at all anymore. I order a HDD from them last year and even with paid delivery it still toke them 3 weeks to deliver the item.
