Fuerte Bici 50mm Carbon Tubs

Shimano 11 Spd. Bought from a Clubmate and raced for a few years (in the dry). Excellent condition and there is a few more years racing in them.

They have a ceramic layer added to the breaking surface to help breaking. So you can use standard brake pads.

They need new tyres so the current ones will have to be replaced and new ones glued.

I'm selling my Specialized Roubaix SL4 Sport road bike. The bike was bought new in 2014 and has been professionally serviced every year. The most recent service was in April '20. The bike is in perfect condition and has always been maintained very well. The bike has seen only light use.

The hub and freehub need replacing or to be stripped out and reconditioned. The actual hub body is good, but axles, bearings, cones, freehub need replacing.
Rim and spokes are good.
Braking surface is good.
The decals are peeling off in places.
In its day, this took 10 speed. I imagine it would take 9/10 speed, not sure about 8/11 speed.
No skewer.
No rim tape.
Lovely looking wheel, would look good if reconditioned.

In fair condition, no more than that. If you're looking for something state-of-the-art, this wouldn't be for you. But if you just want something cheap to hack around on, maybe try a bit of cyclocross, this might suit you.
A few things that need to be pointed out, in the interests of being upfront.
The frame itself is good. Usual signs of wear and tear, but nothing you wouldn't expect.
You'd need to replace the tyres, cables, brake blocks and chain (the chain is a 10 speed Powerlink chain and I broke it with a chain tool, so it would need to be replaced before it can be ridden any way hard). The rear tyre is fraying and needs replacing.
One of the bottle cage bosses on the downtube is broken; it spins in the frame. Could be glued, I'd imagine. The seat tube bosses are fine, so you could at least have one bottle cage anyway.
The rear derailleur won't go into the top sprocket for me. Maybe with new cables and a bit of tweaking, it could. So, as it is, it's a 9 speed!
The front derailleur needs a bit of 'coaxing' (a good firm change) to go into the big ring. Basically, don't go for a laborious change to the big ring!
The chain seems to drop between the big/small chainrings; I think this is because the chain is a 10 speed but the chainset is just a random generic one, made for a thicker chain. A quick change down usually avoids this. I did think about removing one of the rings and just running it as a single ring at the front. If you didn't need the two rings, this could be an option (if you're not confident doing this, I could do this for you). Or you could replace the chainset with a cheap Shimano one.

Ah I worded that badly, I ran them with Sram 130BCD cranks, the rest of the setup was 105 5800. I’ll need to edit that!
