    Why can't I pay my Gas & Electric bill per month instead of every two month

    Hi eammar,

    The Equaliser (monthly set amount subject to change if usage changes) for electricity is not on offer to customers at the moment, because of the need for system upgrade of this facility. We hope to offer it again in the future. It has not been on offer for gas, only electricity.

    Customers can still make pre-payments into their accounts throughout the two-month period between bills, in order to reduce the bill amount when it is finally issued two weeks before its due date.
