I don't know that much about the different types so just whatever really.

One more time than myself. I want to go to the anniversary concert in September but don't have the money. :(

    Just to get you started.

These are a bit off the beaten track. Might be tough to get into if you don't listen to metal but they're amazing.

Everyone should listen to some Opeth. Phenomenal band.

The best album of one of the best bands.

It's not metal at all, but I'm loving this song at the moment -

I'll chuck up a sampler of my own metal tastes then :D

Probably the best known song by one of the best known bands in death metal.

A fairly groovy album by Brazilian band Sepultura, back when Max was in the band.

    Rammstein, just cause.

Misery Index, who are one of my favourite grind acts (grindcore being something like a cross of hardcore punk, particularly its political aspects, and death metal).

Ok, not a band this time, but I just love this drummer. He plays for Misery Index, and Pig Destroyer, and some of his facial expressions when he's playing are great :D

Doesn't Rammstein fall more into the 'industrial' category rather than metal? :p Still, Rammstein. :D I think my favourite song by them is Los. :D

Can't go wrong with a bitta Sepultura either. :D

Well I did say "just cause" :P I'd love to see Rammstein live some time, I've heard their shows are amazing.

Solo? Or was it with Audioslave. Gotta say Audioslave were one of the most dissappointing bands. Talk not being up to the sum of the parts.

Yeah people sitting at gigs are lunatics.
