    There's a shop beside work but the ATM is ages away, and I'm trying to take a late lunch. I'm going to fade away dammit!!!!

    Can someone bring me a banana to Dun Laoghire? And some salt and vinegar peanuts? (yum) And a smoothie?

    Loving the added feature of the Google Images search. If you search, for example, for "rose tattoo", it'll give you categories at the top to narrow down your search like "black and white", "wrist", "hip" etc. Tis pretty nifty I thought anyway :)

    Foot is healing up nicely. T'was itchy as feck this morning but nothing that a bitta moisturiser didn't sort out. Getting it coloured in on Monday :cool:

    Seriously, what did he think?? The tattoo was gonna be licked on by kittens??? :rolleyes: Amazing how people react like this. As for hurting - I'd hate to see hi if he was getting it done in a well known sore area!!

    Ouch fcuked back is never good :(, hope it's nothing to serious. Would be some comeback alright :).

    Feels so good to be back in the gym properly the last two morning after work and pushing hard arms and chest are sore :), the last few weeks haven't done much with Hell & back and being sick. Great to be eating right again aswell :).

    Nothing worse than leaving the gym for a bit and coming back to it. My arms and chest do be sore and just at my armpit does be quite sore aswell

    When I'm a bit fitter I'd love to do a mud run but don't think I could ever do anything as intense as Hell and Back.

    Turns out my job is going to be gettin a new customer which means more which means a new supervisor will be needed so I went straight up and put my name down for it. Be nice to get extra few quid and be the boss :)

    On a sadder note, today is the anniversary of my son leaving the country. My ex (who is Slovak) took him home with her 4 years ago today after we broke up. I haven't seen him since.... :(
