Selling postage stamps?

Hi folks, I did a search for this but only found a thread from 2006. I'm interested in selling postage stamps, or more specifically, pre-stamped envelopes, through a website. I'm wondering if anyone knows whether this is okay to do, or are there license requirements or something like that? Since I'm selling the envelope…

Hi folks,

I'm wondering if anyone knows whether this is okay to do, or are there license requirements or something like that?

Since I'm selling the envelope with a stamp on it, rather than just the stamp, maybe it circumnavigates the license requirements?

If anyone has any advice on this I'd love to hear it, thanks.
