    Hi,

    I bought a Nokia Lumia back 5-6 months ago, since then it has been back for repair as the phone went off and wouldnt turn back on. This again has happened today.

    Can you advise me what my entitlement is here?

    Under consumer law if the repair is not permanent you can reject the item and get a full refund (assuming it was the retailer who you bought it from who arranged the repair) . Ignore any talk of 3 attempts at repair that you might hear from the phone shop, that's their policy not law. You may accept another repair if you wish, but you don't have to.
