My daughter is 17, has her own horse and rides at Novice level (Dressage Ireland) hoping to move up to Elementary this summer.

I am looking for an equestrian themed holiday in France or Portugal, where my daughter could have dressage lessons, and maybe hacking every day, while my husband and I did some sightseeing/holidaying. Ive found one in Portugal that looks like its fairly serious dressage, which is what we are looking for, but Im wondering if anyone has any recommendations to offer?
