House purchase. Vendor pulling out

    So im just wondering. If both parties had signed contracts and the person selling the house wants to pull out what can the buyer do.

    The solicitor will tell you that you have a legal binding contract and that you can force the sale but how tricky is that

    You've just answered your own question, you can force the sale.

    Nobody can answer how tricky it will be as it depends why the person wants to pull out. Start the proceedings to force the sale and you'll soon find out if it's tricky or not.
