Lawn Issues

Hi, I have a decent sized lawn 11m*13m. However, there are some issues with it. 1) There a quite a few patches in it - despite me getting fertiliser and other lawn nourishment seeds/liquids. 2) It is very hard surface. 3) It is uneven in parts. What are my options? I am thinking of waiting until October and then digging up…

Hi,

What are my options? I am thinking of waiting until October and then digging up the lawn, mixing in lots of fertiliser, replanting, and rolling.

Would this be recommended?

the best time to work on a lawn is august/ sept.. from what you have said I would think that you need to take up the old turf... get in new topsoil, level and reseed the lawn..
