Is it possible to get a 2 gang light switch with one of the switches being used as a 2 way and the other as a 1 way?

    Cheers

Yes. If you just don't use one of the "ways" you just have a 1 way switch.

Below is a 2 gang 2 way switch. Use one switch for the two way light and the second for the 1 way light. Just don't use the "2 Way".

Most 2 gang switches are 2 way anyway. They have 3 terminals per switch. COM, L1 and L2. To use it as a 1 way, you just use the COM and L1 terminals. For a 2 way you'd use all 3 terminals. L1 and L2 will be used for a strapper between the 2 switches. So yes, it can be and is frequently done
