Nah it'd be too hard to gel them all together this summer. Maybe just have 3 of them now and we put 2 away till Christmas. Imagine a front line of them and Valencia. Imagine.

You'd think Fergie and the lads would know more of the words to We Are The Champions by now. Its the clubs anthem at this stage.

I wouldnt either but he can't be any worse than our wingers this season. If we had 1 or 2 top class wingers we could challenge for the Champions League.

Happy to hear Rooney getting his name chanted after the small rumblings earlier on, don't ever like fans booing their own players.

He needs to get his head sorted, if he wants to go then fair enough, if his relationship with Fergie never recovered and he was feeling like he was going to be forced out then that wont be the case anymore.

Plenty for him to think about, but he should in no circumstances be sold to an English team if he is going to go, hopefully he returns to his best form for us next season. He is hugely important to the squad and Id rather not lose him

If a English club where paying over the odds and that meant we could afford a big name like Ronaldo or Bale, Id have no problem him joining another English club.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 33,709 ✭✭✭✭Cantona's Collars

Lol at Macari & Crerand talking of Moyes chance to win a trophy before the season proper starts: "We don't think of the Community Shield as a major trophy",Gardners reply: "City do":pac:

You're almost guaranteed if that is Chelsea or City it would come back to bite us.

Why strengthen our opposition like that?

United would not have to rely soley on money raised from the Rooney sale to bring in either of those players though.

United wont pay the money required to bring either of those players in though imo. No way we will pay 60million+ for a player and add on a financial package of 30-40mil in salary/bonus either.

I would be absolutely amazed if something like that happens

Gary Speed's former assistant on Moyes appointment

    1. Raymond Verheijen ‏@raymondverheije 7m
The Man United players better prepare themselves for their training camp in Austria with 3 sessions a day for 4 consecutive days. Good luck!

The dinosaur of all dinosaurs get a 6 year (!) contract to manage one of the biggest clubs in the world. Only possible in Jurassic Park.

That is a worry with Moyes, Everton never really start seasons well, this is a problem with United, slow starts cannot be allowed.

It happens so often with Everton that it raises some questions about how Moyes does prepare teams in pre season, time will tell I guess

Ballague saying No to the Fabergas to United rumours,if he's saying it then it's on.

No real surprise though. Love it to happen but was always a 0.1% chance.

Unless Moyes is an expert on physical conditioning that I am not aware of I am sure he will take advice from the fitness people at Carrington.
