I recently purchased a Trust Tablet from PIxmania, I bought it two weeks ago and still haven't received it. I emailed them and they just sent me an email saying that it was a partner companys problem, and that i should contact them, anyone know how to resolve this issue. also contacted the other company but no reply yet. Needless to say i will never use Pixmania again!
    Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks

Your contract is with Pixmania, not with the delivery company, so it's Pixmania who should be chasing it up for you.

You purchased from Pixmania and therefore you should deal only with Pixmania. They should chase the other company for you.

bpost? It may not track as arriving in Ireland at all.

Nothing's ever taken more than a week for me, although they did actually send me an empty box a month ago. Official excuse was that it fell out in shipping but the replacement box was significantly wider, and if it had been sent in the thinner one it wouldn't have any of its protective packaging.

You need to contact Pixmania and remind them the contract is with them.

Same with me recently with Pixmania. They insisted I be the one to call a Spanish company and find out. I told them they are the ones that took the money and they should be the ones to track it down, which they eventually agreed to do.

I did, however, contact the partner company directly via email myself to cut out the middle man and they replied within a day. The package took a good 3 weeks to arrive in the end! Pixmania were useless.

Has the item been shipped? As in has it left the seller? Sounds like it has considering you say you have tracked it and it hasn't reached Ireland yet, so personally I don't see how it is Pixmania's issue as they don't control the postal service. Apologies if I am wrong in my assumptions.

    I know the feeling!!!!
I ordered & paid for a TV on Thurs 2nd may. I made the grave mistake of paying by bank transfer. 15 days & numerous emails later, the money ( which left my account on 6th may!) Still hasn't been cleared by pixmania's bank. In all the emails that have passed between me & their "customer services " dept. not once have they bothered to phone to tell me that they are looking in to the problem. Then this evening just before they close for the weekend, I get an email asking me for the- Shopper’s bank account : Bibit’s bank account : Beneficiary name : Amount transferred : Date of transfer : Id payment: Reference used :Copy of the Proof of payment such as a statement form the bank.!!!!!! Most of these answers are on the invoice they sent me when I committed to buy the TV!! I have repeatedly asked to cancel the deal so I can go and buy from a reputable company like Amazon but they tell me they can't cancel because they might lose the money when they do eventually receive it.
If anybody is thinking of buying something from this lot then you seriously need to think twice, they're just not worth it.

Pixmania is owned by the Dixons/PC World parent company DSG. By all accounts Pixmania is losing money and DSG are trying to sell it so don't expect them to invest any effort into improving Pixmania's disastrous customer 'service' any time soon, I'd avoid them at all costs.

I dealt with Pixmania a few times soon after they started, they specialised in digital cameras (hence their name), were based in France and delivered a pretty good service though the product manuals were typically in French and the plug for the mains charger was a continental two-pin affair but they normally sent you a free three-pin adapter. At one stage I ordered two Sandisk SD memory cards and they came with two three-pin adapters!

I think the trouble started when they moved their customer support desk to Romania, it was downhill all the way after that.
