Fibre-enabled Exchanges but no Cabinets

    Are there any figures on the numbers of exchanges which are connected to fibre but are not on the list of exchanges in the 5 phases to have cabinets fitted to bring FTTC?

    I am connected to one such exchange, and wonder if there are many more like this around the country.

    Is there any info out there about this?

    Would have thought every exchange would have fibre backhaul?

    I really meant NGN enabled exchanges :(
