A great pair of episodes. I can see poor Dembe going the way of Mr. Kaplan before the end of the season.

Although I know the homeless woman confirmed
    it wasn't Liz
are we meant to believe that Dembe and/or "Reddington" believes that it was
    the sister working with Liz
    ?

I might have missed something there at the end of the second episode.

it was the sister and she admitted it to Liz i am sure in a previous episode saying it would help them get free

was there not a conversation between dembe and liz where she pretty much admitted it?

That's what I was thinking as well, then he didn't tell Red and although told him the truth about what the homeless woman told him... it's technically not the whole truth.

Well now Red is in deep dodo.

That was a good plan he had, shame it didn’t quite work as intended
The crypto banker doesn’t seem to have a clue why liz is talking about but ref seemed to think that’s the key

Damm that was a bloody good episode.

Part 2 next week will be a cracker if this weeks part 1 is anything to go by.

  • Registered Users Posts: 55,499 ✭✭✭✭Mr E

That was excellent. I wonder what deus ex machina they will pull out of their you-know-whats to resolve that cliffhanger? :)

Honestly, wait if you haven't watched yet. I caved last night and I regret not waiting to watch both together!

    Theory about Red:
Is Red actually Liz's mother? we know he had work done etc, & his last meal seemed very Russian? maybe the work done was a sex change? Also Dominic Wilkinson doesn't like Red but seems to care for him anyhow...

  • Registered Users Posts: 55,499 ✭✭✭✭Mr E

That would be a bit shark jumpy, but I love it. What a twist. :)

That would be the craziest, most wonderfully hilarious shark jump of all time! If the show wasn't renewed I'd almost say I wish that was the ending. :pac:

The Blacklist Exposed podcast put forward that very theory during the 1st series.

The more I think about it, the more I like it. There is something quite
    effeminate
    about Reddington. :o

Season 1 is good and sets up all the characters.

Season 2 isn't actually that great.

Where it really gets going and becomes a great show is season 3 onwards.

What's good about this show is they move the goalposts every season. There is usually a twist or revelation at the end of every season that makes the following season go down an unexpected path.

Really agree with this, season two is actually quite bad and put me off the show, but the ending of season 2 leading to a great season 3 is worth plodding through season 2.

Well I am so glad I waited for the second part to watch them together, great double episode and the start of a new conspiracy for the team to solve

So glad I waited to watch those last two episodes back to back!
I really hope it ends with Red sitting on a beach having a drink telling someone the "funny story" of how he narrowly escaped death row!

Would that not have come to light when they did a DNA test a while back?

Episode 13 is a classic Blacklist episode but episode 14; now that's puts episode 11 & 12 to shame... The feelz man; I'm having the Feelz...

Fantastic double episode and always great to see Stacy Keach.

The ending to episode two :(
That was harder than killer her off

Brian Dennehy, Alan Alda & Stacy Keach they do a great job bring legends of the TV screen as guests.
