Early breakfast in Dublin on a Saturday

Hi, I'm doing the 'Darkness Into Light' walk in the Phoenix Park this Saturday morning. It starts at 4 am so we will be well finished by 5.30/6 am and were hoping to go for breakfast then. So does anyone know anywhere decent that opens early for breakfast on a Saturday close to town? Thanks!
