I've a refund coming through to my Ulster Bank account from a business in the UK, it's been a week now since it was applied and I can't access the funds yet. Any idea how long more it'll be?

It is by debit card?

It really can vary, but for debit card refunds regardless of source, I'd expect a maximum of 7 working days.

Yes, it's a Visa Debit card.

It'll be ten working days tomorrow
