how does pure telecom/broadband billing work?

Hello , my mother recently switched to unlimited pure broadband and i was reading the terms and conditions on there site and it said something about 'detailed billing'' and i was wondering what this meant. It dosent mean there gonna say what website you were visiting cause i really don't want my mother seeing what websites…
