Samsung S2 portable not working

It suddenly stopped being recognised by both my desktop and laptop. When I plug it in, it vibrates and the blue light keeps flashing. I thought it was dead as a door nail, but when I plugged it into my smart TV, all my video files were there and accessible. But no response once it plugged into a PC. Any thoughts much…
