Hi All,

Looking for some info for a friend of mine. She has 2 children with the same guy but they have recently split up. He doesn't work and pays what maintenance he can on a weekly basis.

She is looking to go from rent allowance to the RAS. But she only lives in a 2 bedroom house. The landlord is willing to convert the attic but will this count as a third bedroom as I know the RAS will not house a Mother with male and female children in a 2 bedroom house.

Any info is much appreciated.
