Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Holohan and McClean are in the squad.

I know, the question you asked was who could replace them. These guys could easily

What? There are players who can easily replace Keane, ie Hoolahan.
Anyone could do a better job than Whelan.

Dont forget Meyler and Gibson as well.

I asked who would replace them in the squad.

Whatever happened to the other fella who used to play in midfield for us?

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,193 ✭✭✭✭Kerrydude1981

Doubt we are going to see Hoolahan coming on.

Much as i'd hate us not to win....I have 4 from 5 so far on a accumulator. 5th part is England to win.....seriously confused right now!

No ones giving out about them being in the squad, whether they should be starting or not is another matter.

And I thought Ireland were awful to watch but England are on a different lvl altogether

Cox blocks the goal whilst giving them the free for offside

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

That might have gone in if Cox wasn't in the way.

Andrews? He hasn't been seen in a green shirt since the Italy game in the Euro's last year.

Is yer man's arm glued to that young one?

GaryLineker: Don't like England playing this system. So easy to play against. Brazil will thrash us if we line up the same way. Predictable and dated.

@Nicko_Ian: @GaryLineker well this is what happens when u give a ****ing barn owl the job!!

    Ha ha ha

Andrews?? He hasn't been seen since the Italy game in the Euro's last season

Why is that. They were all raving about him after that game .

Its Anthony Stokes that should have been replacing Robbie Keane.Played a blinder in the Cup final on Sunday.

He did, he should be getting a look in tbh. Injured for a long spell of this season but has come back with a bang to earn a new contract at the club.

Robbie Keane is irelands best goalscorer (Stokes easily Ireland 2nd best finisher) but his mobility is becoming a real issue to his effectiveness. Stokes all round game has improve alot in recent years too, certainly deserves a 2nd chance

What an awful match it's been, even by friendly standards. Gone into 'Austria' mode for almost the entire second half.

    Forde outstanding again

St Leger and Kelly are not defenders at all. All over the shop.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,397 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

Rooney with his best Robbie impression....if he keeps putting his hands up and down like that he might take off.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,762 ✭✭✭jive

Good thing about Forde is he's not just making the saves but everything he does is technically perfect, reminds me of Cech. He's the goalkeeper equivalent to a lad with a lovely golf swing

A goal really looks inevitable here.

McCarthy has been immense, would love to see a graphic of where he has been on the pitch,

Will have plenty making offers for him.
