Transferring Money from one Account to Another

I don't have internet banking. I presume I can just rock up to a branch of AIB with the account number and sort code and they'll transfer it for me there right? Does it need to be in my account or can I lodge cash directly into someone else's account?

Has to be done in branch if you don't have Internet banking, you'll be fine just have the name of the person, sort code and a/c number your transferring to
