Outlined the determination order, the fact that the LL had the opportunity to make their case, requested payment within 30 days or the matter would be escalated through the courts either via the PRTB or by the GF. But I kept it very civil, formal and a little legalistic - and straight to the point.

In my view giving a reasonable timeframe to comply helped also.
