Possibile cheap postage for a start-up business?

I know someone who is setting up a new business but who is in quite a bit of debt already. Business professionals such as solicitors and accountants have given the business owner discounted fees because it is a start-up business (which I thought was very nice). However, a certain amount of postage has to be sent out in the next couple of weeks and could amount to 250 letters.

Is there anyway around paying 250 x 0.60c stamps (€150 + the cost of envelopes). Is there any other company that does letter posting cheaper than An Post or is there any company stamp purchase scheme offering a discount?

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks for this. Can't seem to get any idea of what kind of discount they off though without ringing the help desk. I was hoping to just get an idea.
