Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is there something very obvious I'm missing?

Have a Samsung Galaxy S3 too and when I put in the SIM card all the contacts are gone.

But on return to the iPhone, they're all there.

How do I save my contacts to my SIM card?

    Thanks : )

I dont think you can copy back to the sim on the iphone.

You need to back up your iphone to your pc with itunes. Download Kies plug in the s3 and Kies should give you the option to sync the s3 from the iphone back up

Put your contacts anywhere but the SIM card. On the SIM there is only one slot per entry for a phone number and names will get truncated (14 characters max. last time I checked). Just don't go there.

Unless you can find a more elegant solution, you can always fall back on 'export' and 'import' but syncing with Outlook or Google is usually better.

    Thanks folks.

Found an app that backups your contacts and emails them to your account as a vcf file which you can then download.

    So all sorted.
