Development along the N9

    Curious, there appears to be considerable works along the N9 between Waterford and Kilkenny. Its off road, but its a large construction site of some sort. Doesn't appear to be houses, unlikely to be a road - anybody any ideas?

    Offshoot from the Dublin/Cork gas pipeline to the Great Island power station. They are converting it from oil to gas. Work was suspended over the winter months.
