Xbox really noisy

My Xbox's fan is really noisy, the fecking thing sounds like its about to take off, I think it's been like this as long as I can remember, though probably not as bad as when I first got it, anything I can do to it?

Your best (er, only) option is to install the game/s. It reduces the noise a lot. To do that, on the Game page, press the X button and you'll see install as an option.
