I have seen a few of these on my travels, and was wondering what sort of money they would cost (say, per m3)?

They're called Gabion baskets. Available in different dimensions. Two suppliers that I am aware of in Ireland;

Called gabion baskets.

Theres a few places that make and sell them.

70 euro a sq meter on Donedeal....(including stone)
