    can someone Please tell me some useful insurance terms to be used for a claim.I am appealing my phone's robbery and need some suitable insurance clauses.
    my phone got robbed from a shop that I own and from under a counter where it was charging and the access to it is prohibited with a door which was closed at the time yet I've been refused my insurance.

    any help would be GREATLY appreciated :)
