Collected two of Coast dresses from the <SNIP> drycleaners - extremely disappointed! One delicate material dress has threads sticking out all over it -it is basically destroyed and the second still has the makeup stain that i left to be cleaned for!
I was using Drycleaners in <SNIP> for many years constantly and couldn't be happier, but since the new company took over early this year, the service is terrible, there is no set working hours. Before i collected the dresses today I called to make sure that they are working, as this was my fourth attempt!
My complaint was never answered..
