EPC3925 with powerline problem

    Hi there,
Anyone here using ntl EPC3925 with powerline ethernet adapters?

I have my laptop plugged into a powerline adapter. This adapter syncs with another powerline adapter patched into my epc3925 modem.

My laptop receives a valid dhcp ip address from the router. I changed the scope range to check this and my laptop received an address from the new range.

The problem is I can't ping the router or get out onto the internet when using a powerline adapter.

If I patch my laptop straight into the router then I have no problems accessing the internet.

Anyone any ideas how to troubleshoot this?
