    Hi,

Looking for a new 42 inch+ smart TV and have narrowed it down to a LG 42LM620T, Toshiba 42 or 47VL963b or PHILIPS 42PFL6907

All seem pretty good. Love the look of the Toshiba and Philips, they look frameless. Can you advise which one you would pick and why? Or are there any better alternatives? Looking to spend between €500 to €750 and it has to be smart, doesnt need to be 3d and I don't need an extended warrenty.

Looking to buy this week. Can you give me your best price in euros + delivery to Dublin for these TVs?

    Thanks!

    Mascher,

this is an easy one - the Philips and the 42LM620 are now finished lines for us - the only one from your list we have available is the Toshiba 47VL963 which is £599.95 and a really stunning frameless TV http://www.richersounds.com/product/tv---all/toshiba/47vl963b/tosh-47vl963 - it also includes a satellite tuner which is really handy! (and its passive 3D with lots of free glasses!)

    Pricing: £599.95 + £49.95 delivery (£649.90) or €729.99 + €59.99 delivery ( €789.98)

Thanks again and keep us posted if you would like to grab one,

Thanks John. You don't have the 42inch in stock do you?
Did a bit of measuring and think 46 is probably to big and want to now keep it at max 42. Really like the look of this model Toshiba.

If not is there another 40-42 inch Smart you could recommend. One that looks good as well as having a good picture :) Or would you recommened and stock the Toshiba 40TL963B?

Hi Mr Guiness.....nice name by the way.

The best value tv's in this range would be :

Toshiba 24D1333B - THis is a 24" LED with built in DVD player. It's Saorview approved and has twin HDMI inputs for connecting other sources. Priced at £179.95

The better alternative if you want the best picture quality, would be the newly released LG model. This is also saorview approved and focuses more on picture quality than having the DVD player on board. This has a much faster response time, better contrast ratio and is more stylish as it doesn't have the electronics for the DVD player. Priced at £219.95

Toshiba also go a 26" in the same model which is currently £239.95.

Hope this helps but let me know what you think of any of these.
