Does Ireland's ranking in Eurovision prove Enda Kenny's statement to be fatefully correct and right that we are indeed " a special case ".I feel sorry for those that stayed in tonight to maybe save a few quid instead of going out in the hope of seeing some Irish pride restored through that old favourite ability of ours to sing a meaningful song.Surely the humiliation of the nation will not be complete until we become the only country to have won 7 times and finished last the same number.If this is what were striving for I say give Jedward a five year contract or maybe even bosco or zig n zag ago??
