new to Waterford and Ireland. What's the skinny on rubbish removal? I live right on the border of Waterford/Kilkenny and need to organise some regular rubbish disposal. Who should I use? binman, green star, someone else? I read recyclables can be deposited at bins in tesco, is that allowed, and encouraged?
