I've just been informed that this concert has been rescheduled to the 16th of January. From a Friday in the Summer to a Thursday in the winter

Grab a refund and consider it a bullet dodged.

Heard this earlier so gutted. Can we still use the tickets we've already purchased?

You can get a refund or use the tickets for the new date. Ticketmaster are a joke. You have to sent your tickets by post to get a refund even if bought on the internet!!

That's not a joke, that's the right thing to do.

What if they allowed you to just request a refund and keep the tickets, there could well be people out there who would get the refund and sell the ticket, leading to a load of pissed off fans who have been ripped off.

If the gig is cancelled altogether (Like Rob Zombie did with us), you can keep the tickets and they just issue a refund

Ticketbastard ain't high on my Christmas card list but on this occasion they're spot on

They want you to post the downloadable ticketfast tickets. How does that fit in with your theory? Sure you could just print them again and sell them!!

Nope because they will prob cancel the ticket and scan the barcode to make sure it cant be used again

But you can do that anyway with them

I agree though, it is odd that they're asking for them, totally understand them asking for the 'Hard' tickets though

Same can said of the regular tickets. The potential buyer wouldn't know the ticket is invalid until it is scanned at the door. It just makes no sense for Ticketmaster to want the PDF version of the tickets printed and posted back to get a refund. The entire transaction was done online so the refund should be online. To me it's Ticketmaster hoping that putting a few extra hurdles for you to jump over to get your money back with discourage people looking for refunds and people may be more likely to just hold on to the tickets and go in January.

I wonder what sort of conflict has caused them to have to reschedule the whole European date .
