Maintenance Grant for PhD Ulster Uni

Hey, I have been awarded a scholarship for PhD which covers just my fees and I need to secure an additional grant for living expenses etc. I'm not sure where I can apply to, the scholarship is with DEL so I dont think I can apply again for maintenance there? And I'm from Dublin, only living in Belfast for a year so not yet…

Hey,
