Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,

Just a quick one for you....

If i bought a new phone on prepay from Meteor, O2, Vodafone, Tesco, E-Mobile or Three, am i able to unlock it straight away?
with unlocking packages available on eBay?

Or do i need to stay with the mobile phone operator for a minimum of 12 months?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated....

You could ring up your operator and try - sometimes it depends on who you get and what mood they're in!

Usually with pre-pay though you need to top up by a certain amount or have had the phone for a certain period of time before they'll do it for you.

If you don't mind paying you could use an unlock site or eBay. Depending on the phone it might not be worth it though.

    Appreciate the response guys...

Not sure as to what phone to get at the moment... It is for my wife as the iPhone 4 she is currently using is playing up for the last couple of weeks...

I use a Galaxy S and she would be happy enough with a standard enough smart phone. She only uses it for the NET really...

And we are both signed up to 48 Months which is only a €10 a month

Don't really want to spend any more than €200

    Any suggestions...

Cheaper nokias on windows phone would be perfect for that.
