    UPC broadband down again for anyone else since 1:30pm? I'm in Gracedieu.

    UPC BB has been find for me today.

    Try resetting the modem (resetting it via the small button, not just turning it off and on again). That's worked for me in the past.

    WARNING: If you do reset the settings for the modem/router all of your passwords and ports that are forwarded etc will be reset on the device.
