Hi, does anyone live in the Woodlands Greystones or know of anyone who lives there / sold a house there.... Specifically I am wondering if there are any problems with bad smells coming from the sewage treatment facility beside it? Particularly living in the cul de sac that backs onto the facility? We are considering moving there but have some concerns about whether the sewage treatment facility would be an issue. Would really appreciate any advice. Many thanks.

Would you not go and ask some of the neighbours ? Rather than listening to some randomer on the internet

ask on the Greystones forum. I've noticed a smell when I've been down there on occasion but I don't live there and it might only be rare occurence.
