I think the best thing about a smartphone is the camera to capture random moments and the maps which stop me getting lost on a frequent basis. No sense of direction me!! The worst thing is always being contactable - email, facebook, twitter, sms, chat there is no escape!!

The thing I love most is being able to have news to read and sites to surf for a few minutes when i get bored.  the thing i hate the most is that where i live reception is terrible, so have to wait to get in to a built up area before i can use it.  my data usage is never used up.....

Best thing is, - I can  access to all things - bank, e-mail and most  important   Skype  through this phone. Worst? Well, when battery goes off and you don't have a place where to charge it,  survivable, but still one of the most tense moment.

The best thing about a smartphone is the ability to call anyone I need to talk to while I'm on the move.  I don't have to be in a house, or an office or a pub.  I can even phone people while I'm walking along the street.  Brilliant!

Best thing is, it's pretty-much bringing your laptop with you everywhere you go.  It's easy-access.  It's smart for business, it's smart for on-the-move.

On the other side of the coin, it has the potential to turn a person into the wrong kind of smart.

The best thing is, for me personally, being a Farmer (and really depending on the farming to keep food on the table etc.) I'm keeping a tight eye of the weather, as all the fields are like swamps. It would also be use full to keep a record of all my milk recordings, such as Protein, Fat, TB etc. I could also plug it in to the CD player on the tractor while I would be doing some tractor work during the day. The worst thing would be having to deal with all the jealous people, that would be jealous of your new smart phone.

Best thing: I can browse the internet on the way to work so spend less time on my laptop at home, take pictures of everything and quickly send them to my friends. Your just always connected.

Worth thing: the battery life and the phone sometimes never leaves my hand.
