Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I am self employed and have been on bikes for years. Been off now for a while now due to work pressures, and knew my insurance no claims bonus stayed till this month.

    Just rang the sales office of CN and it expired two weeks ago!

    I feel sick. Anyone know if this can be revisited. Had about 6-8 years NCB and was on the CN classic policy as I like the older bikes - Diversions/CBR's/XS11's etc etc.

    Good luck with getting any soot from CN - my wife lost 15yrs NCB with them for due to babies'n stuff - maternity + motorcycling = not recommended :pac: -

    You could try other insurers and see if they are more reasonable given that it's only 2 weeks - I find AON helpful. If you get stuck at the customer service rep, ask them to refer it to their underwriters - you never know what might happen.

    Mrs Gtt had to start all over again from zero - but I wouldn't give CN the time of day tbh.
