    Hey,

could anyone point me in the way of a good tutorial or website that shows how to ad a contact form to a website.?.

Im looking to add one but not sure how to go about it.....

Also not sure if its possible but is there anyway that when someone tries to contact that you can send a webtext as well as an email?

for the webtext check out somebody like http://www.clickatell.com/pricing-and-coverage/message-pricing/.

It might be cheaper to have an email form delivered to an address like gmail and get it on your mobile phone

A little more info would be good for the form. Does your hosting service offer any type of sendmail script? Is your site php ASP HTML or other.

The script itself will be pretty handy to get just need to know what language you will use to send it

If you're unfamiliar with HTML & PHP, I'd recommend using Wufoo, very simple to setup

You could simply use google forms on google drive and embed into webpage? Even creates a Google spreadsheet in google docs for collected responses !
