    Hi,

    I've just bought some Zero Noodles and was wondering how to prepare a meal with them. What do I add and how do I cook them to make a dinner from them?


    I usually just chuck tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and peppers into a frying pans, burn them to death and then eat. However, I'm trying to improve my cooking both in terms of presentation and ingredients!

    Okay, here is what i done - how could I improve it?

    1 onion sliced
    3 cloves garlic crushed
    1/2 pepper
    brocolli heads
    scallions sliced

    All added to an oiled pan and cooked until golden brown/cooked.

    Noodles boiled for 5 minutes.

    3 tblsppons soy sauce, squeeze lemon juice and tblspn honey into a bowl and stirred.

    All add to pan and stirred until warm.

    Eat.



    Why did the noodles not mixproperly with the veg and did I make too much sauce as the bottom of the bowl is deep in sauce - or is that the way of it?

    I find that I have to let Zero noodles soak for a bit before eating. They taste miles better if made the night before or at least a couple of hours earlier. I just can't stomach the texture and blandness of them otherwise. I usually use them with Wagamama's chilli sauce and reheat whenever I get hungry.

    I don't buy that brand. I get them in the Asian Market.
    I just rinse them and chuck them into a stirfry, curry or pho style soup.
    Nobody find a difference between them and regular noodles.

    Shirataki or Konjac noodles. I dont know the brand.
    They are in the fridge, right at the start. After the veg section.

    Thanks for that. I picked some up and just had them with a Malaysian curry. They were great!
